Who we are

Two Peas Digital is a web design and organic marketing studio run by sisters Tracey and Michelle. We’re responsible for the information you send us through this website.

What we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, business name, website, the objective you pick and your message.

Quick quote form: your name, email address, what you need help with and, if you add it, your website. If you arrived from one of our Google adverts, the form also records which advert, campaign and search term brought you here, so we know which adverts are useful.

Free starter strategy form: your name, email address, website and your agreement for us to review your website and email you the strategy.

If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in your email.

We only collect what you choose to send us. Please don’t include sensitive personal information in your message.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and talk to you about the work you’ve asked about.

To prepare and email your free starter strategy. To do this we look at your website and other publicly available information about your business, and we may use our own tools, including Trace Organics.

We use it for these purposes because you’ve asked us to (and, for the starter strategy, because you’ve agreed to it). We don’t add you to a newsletter or mailing list, and we never sell your information.

Who else handles it

This website is hosted by Netlify, which receives and stores our form submissions for us. Netlify is based in the United States and protects data it transfers there with recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

The fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which see your IP address.

We use Google Ads to advertise this website. The Google tag on our pages lets Google see that you visited and what you did here, such as sending a form, so we can measure how well our ads work. Google receives your IP address and information about your browser and device. You can read how Google uses this at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and change your ad settings at adssettings.google.com.

We use email to send you replies and your starter strategy.

We don’t share your information with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technology from Google Ads to measure how well our adverts work, for example whether someone who clicked an ad went on to contact us. We don’t use any other analytics or tracking cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will still work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry or starter strategy, and any work that follows. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or withdraw your agreement at any time. Just email us and we’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
